.Net Developer - WPF

Job Summary : We are looking for experienced and highly skilled .NET UI Developers with strong expertise in C# and WPF to join our engineering team. The role is focused on Windows-based application UI development and requires hands-on experience in designing and developing WPF screens from scratch with minimal guidance. This is a critical role where functional knowledge and actual development experience will be highly valued over theoretical Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain WPF-based UI screens for Windows desktop applications. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to understand and translate business requirements into functional user interfaces. - Develop and optimize C#/.NET code for the frontend to ensure responsiveness and performance. - Work on REST API integration with the frontend components. - Implement reusable components and maintain a clean, modular architecture. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed. - Ensure UI development follows the latest UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards. - Write and maintain technical documentation for the developed Technical Skills : - Proficient in .NET Framework with C# - 2 years of hands-on experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) - Ability to create complex WPF screens independently - Strong command over XAML, MVVM pattern, data binding, and resource management - Experience with WinForms is a plus - Good understanding of UI development principles for Windows desktop applications - Experience integrating UI with REST APIs - Familiarity with design patterns and best practices in UI application architecture - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of version control systems like Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or MCA (Master of Computer Skills & Attributes : - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables - Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - High attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance - Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade technical to Have : - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of Prism, Telerik controls, or other third-party UI frameworks - Experience in unit testing for UI components (ref:hirist.tech)
