Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Java applications using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage project timelines. - Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and collaboration.
