Job Description : SAP FICO Consultant - Talent Worx (Hiring for a Big 4 Client) Company : Talent Worx (Recruitment Consulting for a Leading Big 4 Firm) Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Position : SAP FICO Consultant Role Overview : Talent Worx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our client, a leading Big 4 professional services network. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to optimize financial management and controlling processes. You will work closely with finance and accounting teams, ensuring the SAP FICO module aligns with their business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP FICO processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities : - Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling) based on detailed client requirements. - Customize SAP FICO settings to align with business processes and best practices. - Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA). - Develop and maintain configuration documentation. - Analyze existing finance and accounting business processes to identify optimization opportunities within the SAP system. - Design and implement process improvements using SAP FICO functionalities. - Gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the technical team. - Conduct thorough system testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of SAP FICO configurations. - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any identified issues. - Create and execute test scripts and document test results. - Provide comprehensive training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops. - Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD). - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other consultants to deliver integrated solutions. - Act as a point of contact for SAP FICO-related queries and troubleshoot issues raised by users. - Perform system maintenance and updates as required. - Investigate and resolve production issues and provide timely solutions. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Required Qualifications : Education : Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with implementation and support experience. - Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations. Technical Skills : - Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes and configurations. - Expertise in configuring General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA). - Experience with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD). - Proficiency in using SAP Solution Manager for testing and documentation. - Understanding of ABAP debugging and basic ABAP knowledge is a plus.
