Role Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Web & UI/UX Designer to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role will be pivotal in leading web design projects, crafting intuitive user interfaces, implementing front-end development, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. The Lead Web & UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually stunning and functionally robust designs. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment. - Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. - - Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms. - Oversee and contribute to the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications. - Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks. - Ensure seamless integration of design elements with back-end systems. - Optimize website performance, accessibility, and SEO. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Provide accurate time estimates and manage design resources effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions. - Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members. - Utilize web analytics tools to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze data and implement design changes to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. Qualifications : Technical Skills : - Expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in web design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch). - Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). - Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less). - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development. - Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics). - Experience with version control systems (Git) Soft Skills : - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. - Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
