Solution Architect - Blue Yonder

Job Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder ESP Solution Architect to drive the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Blue Yonder ESP to architect solutions that align with our clients' strategic business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your Team : You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team within a globally recognized organization, India's largest multinational business group, boasting a workforce of consultants across 60 countries. You will be at the forefront of the financial markets and data industry, contributing to the delivery of exceptional services in Data & Analytics, Capital Markets, and Post Trade. Your Job : - Design end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Architect planning solutions that align with defined business outcomes. - Configure systems to meet specific business requirements related to supply planning, capacity and material planning, finished goods, and raw material planning. - Ensure seamless integration with interfaces, workflows, and data management systems. - Lead the implementation and deployment of Blue Yonder ESP solutions. - Ensure successful deployments and obtain business sign-offs. - Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems within the realm of Enterprise Supply Planning. - Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance. - Provide functional architecture expertise for Blue Yonder ESP implementations and support. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Capabilities : - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP). - Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions (ESP, Demand, Fulfillment, etc.). - Experience in designing and implementing solutions for medium to large supply chain transformations. - Deep understanding of supply chain processes. - Experience with Kinaxis is an advantage. - Proven ability to design and architect complex ESP solutions. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements. - Strong client relationship management skills. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Master's degree in Engineering (M.E/M.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or Master of Science (M.Sc).
