RPA Engineer - UiPath

Job Overview : As an RPA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automation solutions to enhance our IT operations. You will leverage your expertise in RPA tools, scripting languages, and system administration to automate run-ops tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the automation of complex IT processes. Your Job : - Design and implement engineering solutions and technology enhancements to automate run-ops tasks. - Develop and maintain Python/Ansible codebase focused on server/network automation. - Build and deploy RPA solutions using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Ansible. - Liaise with the Integrated Operations Center and resolver groups to manage automated IT operations. - Track, manage, and improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). - Establish integrations with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (Snow) and Jira Service Manager. - Work closely with Application Owners to establish best practices and capture lessons learned. - Develop self-servicing tools to empower users and streamline processes. - Establish integrations with ITSM tools such as Snow / Jira Service Manager. - Implement event, incident, and IT process automations. - Develop and implement AI-integrated workflows in IT platforms. - Utilize REST APIs, web services, and integration principles to connect systems. Your Capabilities : - 5 years of experience in enterprise monitoring and alerting tools. - 5 years of experience in Linux/Windows system administration. - 4 years of experience in RPA automation. - Proficiency in at least one automation tool (Power Automate, UiPath, or Ansible). - Strong knowledge of Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation. - Hands-on expertise in event, incident, and IT process automation. - Experience with developing automation processes using orchestration tools (e.g., VMware vRealize Orchestrator - vRO). - Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integration principles. - Experience in establishing AI-integrated workflows in IT platforms. - Familiarity with JavaScript and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with Jenkins and Selenium.
