Job Description : Senior Java Developer (Remote) About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java-based applications, while also contributing to the front-end development using React. You will leverage your experience with Newgen platforms to build and enhance enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, problem-solver with a strong understanding of Java, React, and Newgen : 7-15 Years Location : : Java Development : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Optimize application performance and scalability. React Development : - Develop and maintain user interfaces using React. - Implement responsive and user-friendly designs. - Integrate front-end components with back-end services. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. Newgen Development : - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Newgen platforms. - Configure and customize Newgen workflows and processes. - Integrate Newgen with other enterprise systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Newgen and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. - Participate in agile development processes. - Document technical designs and Skills and Experience : - 7-15 years of overall software development experience. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - 1-2 years of experience in React development. - 1-3 years of experience working with Newgen platforms. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with testing frameworks.
