Technical Project Manager - .Net Development

Role : Technical Project Manager. Must Skill : Experience in technical skill Asp.net, c#, sql, azure/aws/GCP, SQL, JS. - Good to have experience in BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare domain. - Need experience with overseas client like US, UK, UAE, etc. - Good to have AI/ML knowledge. - Seasoned Technical Project Manager with 10 to 18 years of experience and having minimum 8 years of Technical PM experience. - Proven experience in leading team with minimum 30 technical members with roles from Technical Architect, Tech Leads, Devs, QA etc) Ablity to Challenge technical team on the estimations with valid data points. - Demonstrate technical abilities during technical discussions with Enterprise architects, Application Architect, Tech Leads , SMEs from customer end Technical mentoring of team members to ensure team is on target with technical deliverables. - Go to person for technical team in resolving technical issues. - Create strategy, technical blue print, high level and low level design documents. - Guides and coaches the Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. - Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. - Hand on knowledge with Agile Scrum, SAFe Agile & most recent industry developments on Process. - Responsible for ensuring team adheres Process, practice and guidelines. - Coaches the team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the team. - Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. - Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices. - Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. - Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams. - Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget along with desired quality. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Create detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Measure project performance and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions. - Report and escalate to management on time. - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Demonstrate leadership skills.
