EPM Developer. Description : We are seeking an experienced EPM Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing EPM solutions that enhance our business processes and provide valuable insights for decision-making. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Optimize EPM applications for performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain documentation for EPM processes and systems. - Provide support and troubleshooting for EPM applications. - Conduct user training and support to ensure effective use of EPM solutions. Skills and Qualifications : - 5-9 years of experience in EPM development and implementation. - Strong knowledge of EPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or IBM Cognos. - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques. - Experience with financial reporting and analytics. - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
