Python Technical Lead - Microservices Architecture

Role : Python Tech Lead Key Responsibilities : Good to have: Exposure to GenAi/AIML /Data Science Minimum 10 YoE as a Python Tech Lead - Experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications including APIs / microservices using Python, SQL & NO SQL databases and hosted in AWS - Deep technical expertise and hands-on knowledge of Python, Microservices, RESTful APIs and related technologies. - Experience of developing APIs/microservices on AWS - Sound understanding of principles of Distributed Architecture using the principles/patterns of Microservices - Experience with any Distributed Cache like Redis - Sound understanding and hans-on experience with implementing common NFRs - Understanding of common architectural concerns like Maintainability, Reliability, Performance, Scalability, Security - Sound experience in Software Development best practices including (but not limited to) static code review, source control, CI/CD, branching strategies, build processes etc. - Sql/NoSql database knowledge and experience. Ability to write complex SQL and No SQL queries - Understanding of NFR - Proven analytical skills Job Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and unit test complex applications in accordance with established standards - Contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level - Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications - Write well designed, testable, efficient code - Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code - Produce accurate delivery estimates and guide the team during sprint planning - Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Support, guide and assist developers at code level. Lead and mentor developers : - When developers are struggling with deciding the design pattern, help them to select, help them to understand coding standards, help with resolving technical roadblocks. - Basically make sure that everything is working smoothly.
