Job Description
Role Description: As a Presales Specialist, you will be a critical link between our sales and technical teams. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop compelling solution proposals, and deliver impactful product demonstrations. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language will be essential in helping clients understand the value of our CPaaS and CCaaS Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges. - Design and propose tailored CPaaS and CCaaS solutions that align with client needs and drive business outcomes. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle. - Develop technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. - Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process. - Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for clients and internal teams. - Create impactful presentations, proposals, and technical documentation. - Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. - Provide recommendations for additional products and services that can enhance client solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. - Lead the development and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). - Ensure timely and accurate completion of technical documentation and proposals. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and materials. - Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams. - Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization. What You Bring : Experience : - 3 years of experience in presales, solutioning, or technical sales, preferably in the Telecom, SIP/VoIP, or Cloud industries. - Hands-on experience with IVR, Contact Centers, Call Center Software, or Outbound Dialers. - Experience in BFSI and Telecom sectors is highly desirable. Technical Skills : - Solid understanding of CPaaS and CCaaS platforms and technologies. - Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SIP, WebRTC, APIs, and messaging technologies. - Ability to develop technical prototypes and POCs. Soft Skills : - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to influence decisions with technical and business stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Customer-focused and results-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
