Pega Tester - Regression/Functional Testing

Pega Testing. Description. We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Pega Testers. This role involves testing Pega applications to ensure they meet the required standards and function correctly. As a Pega Tester, you will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities : - Design and execute test cases for Pega applications. - Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements. - Report and track defects using defect management tools. - Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices. - Participate in test planning and strategy discussions. Skills and Qualifications : - Basic understanding of Pega platform and its components. - Familiarity with software testing methodologies and lifecycle. - Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
