We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java development and telecom-related technologies to design, build, and optimize our CPaaS & CCaaS platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in cloud-native development, telecom protocols (SIP, WebRTC, IMS), and scalable architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in cloud communications, enhancing real-time voice, video, and messaging services. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable CPaaS and CCaaS solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. - Implement real-time communication services including SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP solutions. - Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy highly available, resilient telecom applications. - Optimize APIs and SDKs for real-time messaging, voice, and video communications. - Ensure platform scalability and reliability, handling high concurrency and low-latency requirements. - Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring solutions. - Integrate with third-party communication APIs, including Twilio, Vonage, AWS Chime, or Genesys. - Implement security best practices for authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and data privacy. - Troubleshoot complex telecom and networking issues, ensuring high availability and QoS (Quality of Service). - Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers. Required Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in software development with Java (11), Spring Boot, and microservices. - Strong expertise in telecom protocols such as SIP, RTP, WebRTC, IMS, or SS7. - Experience in developing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and gRPC. - Knowledge of contact center technologies (Genesys, Avaya, NICE CXone, Twilio Flex, Five9, etc. - Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MQTT). - Strong grasp of networking, VoIP, and media streaming protocols. - Ability to lead projects and drive complex technical discussions. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with AI-driven contact centers (chatbots, speech recognition, NLP). - Knowledge of 5G, LTE, IMS, or telecom network infrastructure. - Exposure to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). - Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
