Job Role : Lead - Data Science - Computer Vision | App Development. Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka. Mode : Work from Office. NP : Immediate to 20 days. Job Description : This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops foundational capabilities enabling enhanced analytics and measurement, critical to shaping global digital adoption and experience strategies. The incumbent will be part of the Digital Analytics & Insights team and will report to the Manager in charge of Digital Analytics. He/she will be an individual contributor working on Digital analytics space as primary responsibility. Job Responsibilities : - Understanding the end user's requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document. - Preparation of Digital roadmap, Digital Strategy and Proposals / Planning Documents - Exploratory data analysis, Data Understanding, Data cleaning, Data analysis - Development of Machine Learning models for the business problems in requirement document - Maintaining codes and documentation of the models and analysis. - Interacting with client for data, plan of analysis, sharing result, Models & Insights Requirements/Skill sets : Must-have technical skills : - Must be proficient in using python 3.x platform, MS Excel and Database. - Pro-efficient in Computer Vision/Image Processing domain - Have worked on IOT data / IOT technology related business cases - Thorough knowledge of statistics, probability, and foundational mathematics of data Science - Must have pro-efficient in machine learning and Deep Learning algorithm using Keras, Pytorch etc - Knowledge of NLP and its libraries like NLTK, Gensim, Spacy, LDA Must-have soft skills : - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills - Ability to interact with clients with ease Good-to-have skills : - Working knowledge Web Analytics, Consumer Analytics - Big Data, Web and App Technologies - Knowledge of Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp etc.) and their APIs. Education and Experience : - Bachelors/master's in computer science/engineering or MBA with Bachelor in technical. - Work Experience of 10years in Data Science and 6 years in Computer Vision , Image Analytics - People Management Experience Must including performance management - Project Management Experience Must including Talent Productivity Management (ref:hirist.tech)
