Show more Show less - We are seeking a Salesforce FSL Developer with 7-9 years of experience to join our team. - As a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer, you will work with the Field Service platform, which is a highly customizable toolbox of features that allows businesses to set up and manage multiplatform, mobile service operations. - You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Field Service solutions using Apex code and Salesforce's REST, Metadata, and Tooling APIs. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring they are tailored to business needs. - Customize and configure Field Service features, including work orders, service appointments, and mobile service operations. - Develop and maintain Apex code for the Field Service managed package, addressing specific business requirements. - Work with Salesforce APIs (REST, Metadata, Tooling) to integrate Field Service with external systems. - Design and implement object relationships within Field Service, ensuring efficient data flow and operations. - Provide reference information and guidance on Salesforce FSL, including best practices for object relationships and system performance. - Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand requirements and create optimal solutions. - Troubleshoot, test, and deploy Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring functionality and user experience. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce Field Service implementations.
