About the job : Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work on a range of complex issues related to API and UI. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns. Requirements, qualifications and experience : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. - Technical Skills : Strong technical background in telecommunications, cloud computing, and software development. - CPaaS Platform Experience : Experience with CPaaS platforms preferred. - Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues. - Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have : - Experience : 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a CPaaS or telecommunications environment. - Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - DevOps : Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. - Programming Skills : Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++ (ref:hirist.tech)
