MFC Developer - C++/VC++

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced MFC Developer Project Leader with a strong background in VC++ / C++ application programming and Visual Studio. As a project leader, you will take charge of developing high-quality software solutions while leading a team of developers. Your role will involve overseeing the application's design, implementation, and deployment, ensuring performance and security standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the development and enhancement of VC++ / C++ applications using Visual Studio. - Oversee the implementation of MFC, STL, COM, and multi-threading in software development. - Design and develop complex software solutions, ensuring adherence to OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts. - Manage and coordinate development tasks, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges. - Develop and optimize data structures and algorithms for performance improvements. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained. - Develop software solutions in both Windows and Linux environments. Skills and Qualifications : Required : - 10 years of experience in VC++ / C++ application programming. - Strong technical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Experience with Visual Studio for software development. - Solid expertise in MFC, STL, COM, multi-threading, and socket programming. - Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Hands-on experience in development on Windows and Linux platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
