ServiceNow GRC Developer

Job Description : Talent Worx is seeking a talented ServiceNow GRC Developer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a solid background in ServiceNow configuration and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting GRC modules within ServiceNow, particularly at the Associate Developer or Manager levels. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our GRC capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs. - Customize and enhance existing GRC applications to improve user experience and functionality. - Perform integration of ServiceNow GRC modules with other third-party applications and internal systems. - Create and support custom workflows, forms, and business rules within the ServiceNow platform. - Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into GRC performance and status. - Document processes, functionality, and user instructions to aid in user adoption and training. - Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, product updates, and emerging technologies in GRC. - Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GRC applications. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 10-16 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with specific experience in GRC applications. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting and workflows. - Experience with GRC module implementation, configuration, and best practices. - Proficiency in creating workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and reports in ServiceNow. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks, especially concerning governance and risk management. - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies for ServiceNow development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or GRC certification is a plus. - Experience with database concepts and tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus. Preferred Skills : - Experience in Agile development methodologies and practices. - Integration experience using ServiceNow APIs and connectors. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow. - Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e., ISO, NIST, SOC 2).
