Role Description : As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in our software development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise in test automation, cloud testing, and Agile methodologies will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance automation frameworks and tests for UI, service, and performance testing. - Design and implement robust and scalable test automation solutions. - Maintain and improve existing automation suites. - Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. - Optimize our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance. - Proactively identify and address technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability of applications. - Develop strategies for reducing and preventing technical debt. - Develop and execute test plans for cloud-hosted services. - Ensure the reliability and performance of applications in cloud environments. - Utilize cloud-based testing tools and platforms. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development process. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Contribute ideas to improve development efficiency and quality. - Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools and technologies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements : Experience : - 7 years of experience in web application development and quality assurance. - Extensive experience in test automation and cloud-hosted services. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in UI, service, and performance testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in programming languages used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
