Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Practice by Numbers is in search of an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms in the healthcare B2B vertical. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and guiding the development of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of our healthcare clients in a B2B : - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the healthcare B2B vertical. - Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, staying current with trends, regulations, and market dynamics. - Create detailed product plans, including defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. - Champion user-centered design principles, advocating for the best possible user experience. - Conduct market research to understand competition and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. - Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs and preferences within the organization. - Ensure products meet regulatory compliance and security standards in the healthcare sector. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS platform, with specific experience in the healthcare B2B vertical. - Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices, regulations, and trends. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Proven ability to define, drive, and communicate a product strategy. - Proficiency in project management and product management tools. - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
