CLOUDVICE - System Engineer

Job Description : - 3-5 Years of experience in Managing and supporting IT in Software industries. - Should have experience in handling hardware and software issue of staff working in IT projects. - Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices - Manage IT support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues of hardware and software. - Maintain and manage IT licenses. - Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and IT procurement - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed - Ensure compliance with IT regulations, security protocols, and data protection laws - Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement - Experience in handling Microsoft suite (365,azure, VD's ,Security). Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL, or CompTIA Security are a plus. - Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and remote IT support solutions. - Knowledge of modern security frameworks and IT governance practices. - Familiarity with IT regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity protocols. - Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT procurement. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement IT best practices.
