Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies. - Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide guidance to development teams. - Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and clients, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Integrate various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. - Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and capabilities. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills, effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Exhibit a strong problem-solving mindset, tackling technical challenges with creativity and efficiency. - Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technology stacks as required by project needs. Required Skills : - Expert-level proficiency in Python is essential. Strong working knowledge of Node.js and Java is also required. - Experience with Golang and TypeScript is highly desirable. - Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS). Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Integration Experience : Significant experience in integrating diverse systems and applications.
