Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. - Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for our web applications. - Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed. - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment. - Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives. - Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company. Requirements : - Tech, MCA. - 5-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e., React, Angular). - Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar. - Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE : - 5 years of Python development experience. - Experience with the following Python libraries: - FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Pandas. - 5 years of front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks. - 5 years of experience with SQL. - Experience working with structured and unstructured data. - Experience with Linux. - Experience with AWS.
