Senior GenAI/ML/Full Stack AI Engineer Location : Anywhere in India (Preferable in Bangalore) Employment Type : Full-time The Opportunity : We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Engineer with a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and full-stack development principles to join our cutting-edge AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining innovative AI-powered solutions, with a significant focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). You will leverage your deep expertise in Python, AI/GenAI frameworks, MLOps, and DevOps practices to build scalable and robust AI applications. While candidates across India are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those located in or willing to relocate to : - Lead the development and implementation of AI and GenAI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs). - Design, build, and manage scalable and efficient infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs. - Utilize Python and relevant AI/GenAI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) for model development and experimentation. - Leverage data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for effective data preprocessing and analysis. - Develop robust and scalable APIs using FastAPI to expose AI/GenAI models and functionalities. - Apply strong software engineering principles, including version control (Git), continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing, throughout the development lifecycle. - Implement and manage MLOps workflows for the efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production. - Utilize DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment. - Implement advanced CI/CD practices to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of AI solutions. - Collaborate effectively with data scientists, researchers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical implementations. - Contribute to the design and architecture of our AI platform and infrastructure. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, MLOps, and related Required : - 7 years of professional experience with a strong focus on Python development and AI/GenAI frameworks. - Proven expertise in implementing and managing Large Language Models (LLMs). - Solid experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. - Strong proficiency in developing APIs using FastAPI. - Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including : 1. Version control using Git. 2. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. 3. Automated testing methodologies. - Essential experience in MLOps and ML Engineering, with a demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining AI solutions in production. - Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform. - Experience implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
