Insurance Samadhan - Python Developer - Flask/FastAPI

Salary : 8 to 20 Overview : We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to work closely with our AI/ML team to develop, optimize, and deploy scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills, experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments, and a solid understanding of software development best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems. - Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices for AI-powered applications. - Optimize and deploy AI pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency. - Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) to manage structured and unstructured data. - Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging mechanisms for production systems. - Write efficient, reusable, and modular Python code following software development best practices. - Assist in model deployment (MLOps) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Automate workflows and data pipelines to support AI/ML initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, DevOps, and frontend engineers. - Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, AI/ML tools, and cloud technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 2 years of experience in Python development. - Strong knowledge of backend development using Flask, FastAPI, or Django. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating external APIs. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to work with AI engineers (but deep ML expertise is not required). - Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis). - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Experience with message queues (Kafka) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with AI model deployment frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, MLflow). - Familiarity with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark). - Knowledge of cloud services for AI (AWS Lambda, SageMaker, Google AI Platform). - Previous experience in scaling AI/ML applications in production.
