Job Title : Core Tableau Developer Location : Gurugram (Only local candidates; No relocation) Experience : 5 to 9 Years Employment Type : Full-time Notice Period : Immediate to May 1st week joiners Education : Only BE / B.Tech (No JNTU graduates) Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Core Tableau Developer with strong expertise in data visualization and advanced reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tableau editor, DAX Studio, and SQL to support and enhance data-driven decision-making for business teams. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations. - Connect to various data sources and manage data integration within Tableau. - Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and responsiveness. - Utilize DAX Studio for optimizing data models and calculations (especially if linked with Power BI environments). - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL processes). - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and validation across dashboards and reporting layers. - Perform data analysis and suggest insights based on visualizations. - Provide Tableau expertise in terms of performance tuning, best practices, and dashboard governance. - Work in an Agile environment, providing timely updates and managing deliverables efficiently. Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. - Expertise in Tableau Editor and customizing Tableau visualizations. - Good knowledge and hands-on experience with DAX Studio. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to understand business problems and create technically feasible solutions. - Experience in performance optimization and dashboard efficiency tuning. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : - Exposure to other visualization tools like Power BI (optional). - Knowledge of Tableau Prep will be an added advantage. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for database connections. - Understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies. Additional Details : Notice Period : Candidates who can join immediately or by the first week of May only. Education Qualification : Strictly BE / B.Tech (No graduates from JNTU).
