Job Description : As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will be a key player in our digital transformation journey, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to build collaborative platforms, automate workflows, and create insightful business intelligence solutions. Your deep understanding of SharePoint Online features and your hands-on experience with the Power Platform will be crucial in delivering value to our stakeholders. You will be expected to design solutions based on best practices, assist in modernizing legacy systems, and provide technical support for our existing environment. A proactive attitude, strong self-motivation, and excellent teamwork are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities : - Primarily responsible for developing and implementing a variety of web-related and SharePoint Online-centric solutions to meet business requirements. - Work extensively with SharePoint Online features, including site collections, sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions. - Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions utilizing modern web technologies such as CSOM (Client-Side Object Model), JavaScript, SPFx (SharePoint Framework) (good to have), OAuth, and OData. - Ensure solutions comply with SharePoint Online development best practices, security guidelines, and performance considerations. - Design, develop, and implement Office 365 applications and solutions leveraging the Power Platform suite: - Power Automate : Create and manage automated workflows using custom, third-party, and out-of-box connectors to streamline business processes. - Power Apps (Canvas Apps) : Demonstrate good experience in creating user-friendly and responsive Canvas Apps to address specific business needs. - Power BI: Develop data visualizations and dashboards to provide insightful business intelligence (good to have). - Dynamics 365 : Integrate SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 (good to have). - Work directly with customers and the development team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint Online and Power Platform-based business solutions. - Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance, and Change Management to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability. - Assist with the analysis and conversion of legacy InfoPath Forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform tools (Power Apps and Power Automate). - Be very proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions. - Possess a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Be highly self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong and collaborative team player. - Participate actively in design, code, and test review cycles to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. - Support continuous improvement by investigating alternative technologies and presenting these for architectural review. - Quickly learn the existing SharePoint Online and Power Platform environment/platform and be able to provide effective support. Required Skills : - Thorough and deep understanding of SharePoint Online features, architecture, and administration. - Good experience in creating Canvas Apps using Power Apps and developing Power Automate solutions using various connectors. - Solid understanding of standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. - Experience in designing and developing apps for SharePoint utilizing these web technologies. - Ability to design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for content management, user adoption, governance, and change management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
