Senior Frontend Developer - React.js

Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend React Developer with 10 years of expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, along with a passion for UI/UX design, performance optimization, and best coding practices. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Design and implement reusable UI components with clean and scalable architecture. - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. - Maintain high standards of software quality by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 10 years of professional experience in frontend development. - Expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with Next.js, React Query, or similar frameworks. - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. - Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc. - Knowledge of build tools such as Web pack, Babel, and Vite. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Good to Have : - Experience with micro-frontends and modular UI architectures. - Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Exposure to Web Assembly, PWAs, or WebRTC. - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
