Python Developer - Django Framework

Key Responsibilities : Full-Stack Development : - Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Django and Python for the backend. - Build and maintain responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React. - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Expo (React Native). Feature Development and Implementation : - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to design, implement, and scale new features. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Architecture and System Design : - Contribute to the architecture of the reverse logistics platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. - Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architectural decisions. Problem Solving and Optimization : - Apply excellent quantitative and analytical skills to solve complex problems and optimize system performance. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions. - Conduct performance testing and implement optimizations. Collaboration and Communication : - Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications : Programming Languages : - Proficiency in Python. - Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6). Backend Frameworks : - Extensive experience with Django framework. - Experience with RESTful API development. Frontend Frameworks : - Strong experience with React.js. - Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g. , Redux, Context API). Mobile Development : - Experience with Expo (React Native). - Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles. Databases : - Experience with relational databases (e.g. , PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Understanding of database design and optimization. Version Control : - Proficiency in Git. - Problem Solving and Analytical Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to think critically and creatively. Soft Skills : - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
