Job Description : Job Summary : - We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Specialist with a total experience of 9-12 years, including at least 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics. - The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Dynamics Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps, along with experience managing teams. - A background in the BFSI company is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : Microsoft Dynamics Expertise : - Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps. - Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements. - Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems. Team Management : - Lead, groom and mentor a team of Dynamics professionals, ensuring timely project delivery. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Project Management : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Oversee the implementation of Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement : - Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365-related projects. - Present solutions, updates, and insights to senior stakeholders and management. Innovation and Best Practices : - Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, tools, and trends. - Recommend and implement best practices to enhance the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Total experience of 9-12 years, with at least 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Microsoft Dynamics certifications. - Experience in the BFSI domain is highly preferred. - Proven experience managing and leading teams. - Strong knowledge of business process automation and CRM workflows. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with data security and compliance, especially within the BFSI sector.
