Infotainment Triage & Debug Specialist

Role : Infotainment Triage & Debug Description : We are looking for an experienced Infotainment Triage & Debug specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving issues within automotive infotainment systems, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities : - Triage and debug infotainment system issues reported by customers and internal teams. - Collaborate with software engineers to diagnose and resolve software bugs and performance issues. - Conduct root cause analysis on infotainment failures and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to enhance the team's knowledge base. - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share updates on issue resolution. - Assist in testing and validating new infotainment software releases before deployment. Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - Proficient in debugging tools and methodologies related to infotainment systems. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python. - Knowledge of automotive infotainment systems and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
