Role : SFCC Location : Remote(C2H) Ex : 5y Job Description : SFCC UI Developer with PWA Expertise Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) UI Developer with a strong background in Progressive Web Applications (PWA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years dedicated to building and optimizing PWAs. Proficiency in SFCC's Page Designer is essential, while experience with OCAPI and SCAPI is advantageous but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance user interfaces for SFCC storefronts, ensuring seamless integration with PWA functionalities. - Utilize SFCC's Page Designer to create and manage dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web pages. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front end and backend systems. - Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Over 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on UI/UX design. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). - Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and its Page Designer tool. - Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with Open Commerce API (OCAPI) and Salesforce Commerce API (SCAPI). - Experience in a headless commerce environment and integrating third-party services. - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications. - Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
