Technical Lead/Architect

Job Title : Technical Lead or Architect. Location : Coimbatore, Mumbai. Exp : - At least 3 years working as a Lead & Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering. - Proficiency in software development languages (i.e., Java or Python, or C++). Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect who will lead the design, implementation, and support of IT systems, ensuring that they are robust, efficient, and meet the organization's evolving needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding development teams, and making technical decisions that align with both current and future business objectives. Role and Responsibilities : Architectural Design : - Develop and document high-level architecture for complex IT systems. - Create architectural blueprints and roadmap documents to guide the development process. - Define and enforce best practices in architecture, coding, and software design. Project Management and Stakeholder Collaboration : - Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Manage cross-functional project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Serve as the main point of contact between business units and development teams, providing technical guidance and oversight. Technology Evaluation and Integration : - Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to support innovation and improve performance. - Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems. - Guide technology selection to ensure compatibility with long-term organizational goals.
