Java Team Lead - Spring Boot

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot to join our team. What You'll Do : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on Spring Boot and Microservices. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end applications. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance optimization of applications. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Implement robust security practices including authentication and authorization. - Write and maintain unit and integration tests for software quality assurance. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployments. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java development and cloud-native applications. What We're Looking For : - 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud. - Proven experience working with Microservices architecture and API development. - Proficiency in RESTful services, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI. - Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). - Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with GraphQL and event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of reactive programming (WebFlux). - Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
