Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview : Univest is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, driving business decisions and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities : 1. Data Analysis & Insights : - Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for key stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate business and marketing performance. 2. Business Strategy & Solutions : - Collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges and opportunities. - Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations, marketing strategies, and user engagement. - Build predictive models to forecast business outcomes and improve decision-making. 3. Funnel & User Behavior Analysis : Evaluate user journeys, identify drop-off points, and propose solutions to improve conversion rates. Analyze customer acquisition funnels to enhance user retention and engagement. 4. Reporting & Visualization: - Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Present insights and findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders. 5. Process Optimization : - Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend automation or improvements. - Implement advanced analytical techniques to enhance productivity and Experience : - 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven organization. - Proven track record of delivering impactful insights that drive business growth. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). - Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
