Mirketa - Product Owner/Scrum Master

Job Title : Product Owner and Scrum Master Experience Required : 8-10 Years Location : Noida Company Overview : We are an IT services company specializing in Salesforce solutions, catering to clients in the US. Position Summary : We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional who can excel as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce projects and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and US-based customers. This individual will ensure successful project delivery, alignment with customer expectations, and efficient Agile practices. Key Responsibilities : Product Ownership : - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall goals. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives. - Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to design and deliver solutions. - Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, user stories, and test cases. - Prioritize the project backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Scrum Master Duties : - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. - Remove obstacles and shield the team from external distractions to ensure smooth sprint progress. Project Management : - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Track and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and costs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and Mirketa management, managing communication and expectations effectively. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in product ownership, Scrum/Agile methodologies, and project management in the IT services domain. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionalities, and implementation processes. - Hands-on experience working with US-based customers, including managing time zone differences. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. - Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist, and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
