Python/Linux Developer

Job Title : Python Linux Developer Experience : 6-10 Years Location : Bangalore Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Python Linux Developer to develop, automate, and maintain software solutions on Linux-based systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, Linux system administration, and shell scripting. This role involves working on automation, infrastructure management, and developing high-performance applications that run efficiently in Linux : Develop and maintain Python-based applications running on Linux systems. Automate system administration tasks using Python and shell scripting. Optimize and enhance the performance of Linux-based applications. Develop and manage system monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in Python applications and Linux environments. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and system tools. Ensure security best practices are followed in system and application development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Maintain documentation for scripts, processes, and system configurations. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Python development and Linux system administration. Strong expertise in shell scripting (Bash, Zsh, etc.). Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.). Proficiency in system automation and infrastructure management. Experience with process management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in Linux. Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and system hardening. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
