Job Title : AEM Full Stack Developer Location : Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon Job Type : Full-time Experience : 6-10 years Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering team. As part of this role, you will work with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to develop and maintain enterprise-level web applications, create seamless user experiences, and integrate innovative digital solutions. You will play a key role in developing both the front-end and back-end components of AEM-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and functionality. Key Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM-based web applications and websites. Design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows using AEM Best Practices. Collaborate with business teams, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly digital solutions. Work on integrating AEM with third-party services, external APIs, and data sources. Develop and maintain both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR) code in AEM. Implement custom workflows, launchers, and services for content management and digital asset management (DAM). Ensure the AEM platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Implement advanced authoring and delivery workflows, including personalization and targeting using AEM's capabilities. Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, development milestones, and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and functional issues within AEM applications. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest AEM and full-stack development trends, frameworks, and technologies. Key Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 6-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years working specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Front-End Skills : Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, SASS, Grunt, Gulp). Experience in responsive web design and front-end optimization. Back-End Skills : Expertise in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, and workflow creation. Familiarity with Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and other Java-related technologies. AEM-specific Skills : In-depth knowledge of AEM's architecture, content repositories, and DAM (Digital Asset Management). Experience with AEM version upgrades, dispatcher configuration, and custom module development. Familiarity with AEM integration with various systems, third-party APIs, and content delivery networks (CDNs). Version Control : Proficient in Git and experience working with version control tools. Cloud & Deployment : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud-based AEM deployments. Agile & CI/CD : Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Security : Strong knowledge of web security practices, ensuring that applications are secure and resilient. Collaboration : Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications : AEM Certifications (Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites). Experience with microservices architecture and headless CMS. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) for frontend development. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
