Job Summary : We are looking for a Python AI Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI-driven products for financial services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) and at least one traditional ML/AI project. This role requires rapid prototyping and deployment of AI solutions, working in a fast-paced product development environment. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models using Python. - Work on Generative AI projects, including fine-tuning and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other deep learning architectures. - Work on Generative AI or traditional ML/AI projects, depending on use cases, such as predictive analytics, fraud detection, or risk assessment models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into financial services products. - Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of AI models in production. - Conduct experiments, analyze model performance, and refine algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices. Key Capabilities : - Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. - Proven experience in at least one Generative AI project (LLMs, Chatbots) and at least one of the following : OCR, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), or speech-related AI applications, with mandatory expertise in LLMs, frameworks like LangChain, and AI/ML pipelines. - Experience in one or more traditional ML/AI projects, such as recommendation systems, credit risk scoring, or anomaly detection. - Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and model deployment. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML model deployment. - Strong knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques. - Experience with API development and model serving using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases for managing AI-related data. - Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and automation. Good to Have : - Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) for efficient search and retrieval in Gen AI applications. - Understanding of financial services domain, particularly AI applications in risk analysis, fraud detection, and customer profiling. - Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, reinforcement learning.
