Techjays - Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Core Java and related technologies. - Implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Design and implement database schemas (SQL or NoSQL). - Write and optimize SQL queries for performance. - Integrate with various database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle). - Manage database transactions and ensure data integrity. - Utilize Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar. - Work with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Implement caching strategies for improved performance. - Utilize logging and monitoring tools. - Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like JUnit or TestNG. - Debug and troubleshoot complex issues. - Perform performance testing and optimization. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile development processes. Qualifications : Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Core Java. - Experience with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices. - Experience with database systems (SQL or NoSQL). - Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests. - Experience with version control systems (Git). Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
