Technical Architect - Software Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Technical Architect with expertise in AWS, Azure, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Containers, Serverless Architecture, and cloud-based project architecture. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an architect and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams. Roles and Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : - Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud-based architectures. - Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms that align with business needs. Collaboration with Stakeholders : - Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Guiding Development Teams : - Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions align with best practices and architectural principles. - Offer mentorship and guidance to junior developers and architects. System Integration : - Define integration strategies for APIs, third-party services, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless system communication. Technology Evaluation & Integration : - Evaluate and select new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. Performance Optimization : - Design and implement strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing. - Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot bottlenecks. Security & Compliance : - Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA). - Implement robust data protection strategies and threat mitigation methods. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : - Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and promote a culture of continuous learning. Code Reviews & Quality Assurance : - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices. Cost Management : - Design cost-effective cloud solutions that optimize resource usage and minimize operational expenses. Skills and Qualifications Required : - 9 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in a technical architecture role. - Proven experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems. - Expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. - Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, and Containers. - Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. - Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide development teams. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
