Product Manager

Responsibilities : - Spearheaded the building of the new transformation platform. Build a forward-looking brokers' platform. - Manage the complete product life cycle : Crafting product vision and clear speccing to collaborating with developers, QA, release, support, and being customer evangelist. - Bring a metrics-driven approach to product development. - Approach building software with extensibility. - Build frameworks, not just features. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions. - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. - Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives. - Provide regular progress reports to the CEO and other stakeholders (including project status and timelines). - Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team. Requirements : - Exposure to the Capital Market is mandatory. - Proven experience with the complete product life cycle. - Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and software teams. - Experience with Software/Platform as a service, APIs, and Integration. - Experience working with regulators. - Clear communication, decision-making, understanding, and explaining decisions and trade-offs. - The capacity to break down complex problems and work on abstract problems. - Discipled, self-managed, owned, and motivated.
