Role : Sr Business Analyst (8-15 Yrs exp) We have our presence in : US, India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore) Location : Ahmedabad (SG Highway) Employment Type : Full Time Role Description & Responsibility overview : This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Analyst at DXFactor in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to analytical skills, business analysis, communication, business process, and business requirements on a day-to-day basis. - Precisely document the user stories, use cases, system defects and functional specifications - Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal development team members to analyse information needs and functional requirements, and functional test the functional enhancements and defect fixes delivered by the development team - Successfully engage in multiple tasks simultaneously - Work independently to document the configurations and acceptance test criteria, configure and test the system. - Serves as the conduit between the Subject Matter Experts and the software development team to achieve successful project functionality and configuration of products Qualifications : - Atleast 6 Years exp as a Business Analyst in a IT Services company or Product Company - Analytical Skills and Business Analysis proficiency - Strong Communication skills - Experience in Business Process improvement - Ability to gather and document Business Requirements - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus - Bachelor's degree in any related field (ref:hirist.tech)
