Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are seeking a visionary AI Program Manager to lead and orchestrate our AI initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of AI technologies and the acumen to manage complex programs that drive business transformation. Experience : 8 years. Primary Skills : AI Program Management, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Agile Methodologies, Technical Proficiency in AI, Stakeholder Communication. Secondary Skills : Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Financial Acumen, Documentation and Reporting, Data-Driven Decision Making. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with senior leadership to define the AI strategy, aligning AI initiatives with the company's long-term goals and vision. - Develop detailed program roadmaps, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and timelines for AI projects to ensure structured execution. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle. - Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across AI projects, ensuring optimal use to meet program objectives. - Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered within budget constraints. - Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure AI solutions meet the highest standards and deliver expected outcomes. - Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, promoting responsible AI practices within the organization. - Utilize data-driven insights to assess program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in AI program management. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end management of AI programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery. - Guide and mentor cross-disciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, fostering a collaborative environment. - Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities. - Identify potential risks within AI projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program stability. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program success and inform decision-making. - Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with ethical standards. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to guide program direction. - Apply a strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, to inform program decisions. - Demonstrate proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into business insights.
