We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Lead with strong expertise in Swift along with either hybrid development experience (React Native or Flutter) OR Kotlin. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams or projects and be well-versed in mobile application development best practices. Experience : 5-8 years. Location : Coimbatore/ Willing to relocate to Coimbatore. Primary : Swift Any hybrid experience (React Native OR Flutter) OR Kotlin Experience Experience in leading teams/ projects. Secondary : SDK development exp preferred, App security & performance management, Experience in client interfacing. Must Have Skills : - Expertise in Swift, with experience in either React Native, Flutter, OR Swift Kotlin. - Strong background in mobile UI/UX best practices. - Hands-on experience in leading teams and managing mobile development projects. - Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience in SDK development. - Proven ability to engage with clients and manage stakeholder expectations. - Familiarity with Realm, Firebase Firestore, and Amazon S3. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and industry best practices. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead and mentor mobile development teams, ensuring project success from start to finish. - Design, develop, and deploy high-performance mobile applications. - Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. - Implement best practices for mobile architecture, security, and performance optimization. - Oversee code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical direction.
