Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of products across diverse domains. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-impact products. Experience : 8 years. Primary Skills : - Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Conducting UATs, Documentation Skills (BRDs and FRDs). Secondary Skills : - Project Management, AB Testing, Design Thinking, Finance Modeling/Projections. Job Description Product Manager : Product Strategy and Vision : - Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap. - Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements. - Performs user interviews and surveys to understand end users and their requirements well. - Acts as the customer advocate articulating the users and/or buyers needs. - Defines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem youre solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution. - Prepare Product Vision documents. - MVP Scoping and articulate the Product vision to the Top Management. Finance Literacy : - Knows how to do cost / profit projections. - Knows how to estimate market size. - Understands all the costs of building a product. Internal Team Collaboration : - Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Knows how to use project management tools well for tracking and communication purposes. Marketing/Product Positioning : - Experience in Marketing and run AB testing. - Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures. - Develops positioning for the product. General Requirements : - Runs beta and pilot programs during the qualification phase with almost final products and samples. - Data Driven approach. - Design Thinking. - Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise. Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for managing the product from inception to launch. - Research and plan the Product positioning in the market. - Conducting user interviews, workshops to validate the product ideas and develop product use cases. - Analyze the results of AB testing and pivot based on the results obtained. - Work with Marketing and Sales teams in Product branding, positioning and pricing. - Working with the internal teams (Design, Development and Testing) on the product development. - Clear documentation skills. - A quick learner, being able to adapt to new technologies. - Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. - Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. - Influencing peers, juniors and seniors both within the organization and across.
