Simple Logic - .Net Lead Developer

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient .NET Lead Developer to manage and guide a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications and backend systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute to architecture, code quality, and team development while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong front-end and back-end development skills, and proven leadership experience in driving software projects from concept to Responsibilities Leadership : - Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, ensuring delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions. - Guide the team in applying OOPs concepts, exception handling, threading, and performance optimization best practices. - Oversee development using technologies such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, and Web Forms. - Drive the development of responsive frontends using Razor Views, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Design and build RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API, ensuring security and performance. - Provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with industry and enterprise Management : - Break down business requirements and allocate tasks to team members based on skillsets and priorities. - Track and manage project milestones, risks, and timelines. - Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. - Act as the technical liaison for internal and external Quality & Review : - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and project guidelines. - Foster a culture of clean code, reusability, unit testing, and version control practices (e.g., Git). - Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) initiatives in collaboration with & Training : - Provide mentorship, technical coaching, and training to junior and mid-level developers. - Promote a collaborative and growth-focused team culture. - Encourage knowledge-sharing and internal & Data Integration : - Work with SQL Server and MySQL, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and complex joins. - Ensure optimal performance of data-driven applications and contribute to database design and Improvement : - Identify bottlenecks in development processes and recommend improvements. - Keep the team updated with the latest .NET and software development trends and Skills & Frameworks : - C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, Razor Views - JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap - RESTful API development using .NET : - MS SQL Server & MySQL functions, stored procedures, triggers, views, indexing, joins Tools & Platforms : - Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) - Git, Postman, Swagger - Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 8 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 23 years in a lead role - Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development - Proven ability to manage software teams and deliver enterprise-grade Skills : - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of security practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization Skills : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to lead under pressure and tight deadlines - A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (ref:hirist.tech)
