DXFactor - Data Scientist - LLM/Python

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data science pipelines - Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources - Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate algorithms - Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems - Develop solutions leveraging Agnetic GenAI architecture for business applications - Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions - Document processes, methodologies, and results - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred) - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data science or related roles - Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.) - Experience with common machine learning algorithms, including : - Decision Trees, Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest - Other supervised and unsupervised learning methods - Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering for LLMs and generative AI models - In-depth knowledge of Agentic GenAI architecture and applications - Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Ability to build APIs using Flask, Django, or FastAPI - Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
