Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Specialist Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and a strong understanding of enterprise-level application design and implementation. This is a night shift position and requires hands-on experience across the full software development Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle - Write clean, efficient, and testable code - Debug and troubleshoot application issues - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices - Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and design - Mentor junior developers and guide them Skills Required : - Proficient in Java (1.8 or above) - Strong knowledge of Java EE technologies: Servlets, JSP, Web Services (SOAP & REST) - Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Hibernate ORM - Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap - Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving Skills : - Experience with integration frameworks such as ActiveMQ, Metro Web Services, and secure socket communication - Understanding of Web Service Security standards and practices - Hands-on experience with application servers: Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, GlassFish - Exposure to Java-based search frameworks: Lucene, Solr, or ElasticSearch (ref:hirist.tech)
