Senior Business Analyst

Experience Required : 9 Years. Project Duration : 1 Year. Location : Pune (Hybrid). Industry : Automotive / IT Consulting / Enterprise Solutions. Employment Type : [Contract / Full-Time]. Key Responsibilities : - Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with business stakeholders to understand, capture, and prioritize business needs and objectives. - Requirement Documentation : Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with speed and precision. - Process Mapping : Create visual representations like process flows, use case diagrams, and workflow charts to represent complex systems simply. - Workshop Facilitation : Lead workshops, sprint planning sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution demos. - Solution Design Collaboration : Partner with technical teams to design and validate optimal solutions aligned with business goals. - Impact Analysis : Conduct gap analysis and assess impacts of new requirements or proposed system changes. - Best Practices Alignment : Ensure solutions follow best practices and adhere to enterprise standards. - Testing Support : Assist in crafting test plans and support end-users during testing phases. - Change Management : Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to business users. - Progress Tracking : Monitor deliverables, manage timelines, and escalate project risks when necessary. - Requirement Clarification : Onboard stakeholders and clarify evolving requirements as the project progresses. Required Skills & Experience : - Experience : Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. - Domain Expertise : Must have experience in the Automobile/Auto Industry domain. - Analytical Mindset : Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into simple, executable solutions. - Documentation Proficiency : Strong skills in creating quick, clear, and comprehensive documentation. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in managing diverse stakeholders. - Visualization Tools : Proficiency in tools to create diagrams, process flows, and visual aids. - Methodologies : Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Salesforce (Nice to Have) : Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem is a plus. Reporting & Analytics (Plus) : Exposure to business analytics and reporting capabilities is an added advantage.
